MIS and Reporting Staff
Work Location: Jakarta

The incumbent job is create, prepare and deliver periodic report (daily, weekly or monthly report) to internal or bank partner needed according to SLA within Manulife and bank Partner.

He/she needs to be informed on regulatory and Manulife compliance standards to ensure any activities done in the Partnership Business Division always meet the standards.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver production or other report periodically to internal or bank partner according to SLA within Manulife and bank partner.
  • Prepare and provide MIS data on timely basis
  • Prepare the reconciliation of premium payment process from bank partner (Money In)
  • Handling query and ad hoc request related to reports and Money in Process from internal or bank partner.
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable universities
  • 1+ Years of Experience in similar role
  • Accounting and /or insurance knowledge
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Access)
  • Ability to Manage deadlines
  • Ability to write and speak Englih is advantageous but not essential

Individual Administration Staff
Work Location: Jakarta

  • To process selection of risk, follow the work instruction according company AML/KYC policies and standard operating procedures, make any actions into system and create addendums.
  • To recheck any requirements and validity of all documents that received from agent or MOOS to make sure data accuracy before being processed, until issue the addendum.
  • To check non financial selection of risk processed result including to check the addendum result to guarantee data accuracy and must within Department standard service.
  • To print addendum documents and to be check by supervisor and send it to Distributions team that will be send to agent / MOOS offices / Client.
  • To coordinate with internal Department or other connected Department for policy changes process and to make sure its still in standard service.
  • To check outstanding process and make any needed action necessary to all outstanding process that can be process to the next phase.
  • To process any process drop cases, that already exceed time limit (60 days) to ensure Department standard service.
  • Responsible to inform the superior about any trouble that appears on the job. Responsible to make any follow up and give the answers of any queries from MOOS / agent that connected with the non financial policy changes.

  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • Having 1 year experience in similar area is an advantage

  • Providing the full inquiries Employee Benefit Consultant (EBC) Agreement with external parties, ranging frm inputting special request from the client, in coordination with Operations and Legal department for any changesthat occur, as well as coordinate with the EBC and Bank & Brokers Team agreement and until completion of Due Dilligence in accordance with the request and standard both client and internal parties.
  • Responsible for the fulfillment of all request making intro letter, wording and updating invoice wording of each month; provide all request for the entire product creation wording for purpose of sale of EBC
  • Responsible to do the update for all tender documents
